Calling up our websites/applications
Log files
Each time websites/applications are accessed, information is sent by the respective internet browser of your respective end device to the server of our website/application and temporarily stored in log files, the so-called log files. Establishment, execution and/or termination of a contract
Data processing upon conclusion of a contracty
If you register with one of our websites/apps and conclude a contract with us, we process the data required for the conclusion, performance or termination of a contract with you. This includes: - First name, last name - Billing and delivery address - e-mail address - Billing and payment data - Date of birth, if applicable - Telephone number, if applicable The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) DSGVO, i.e. you provide us with the data on the basis of the respective contractual relationship (e.g. management of your customer account, processing of an order) between you and us. We are also obliged to process your e-mail address in the event of an order via our websites/apps due to legal requirements in the German Civil Code (BGB) to send an electronic order confirmation (Article 6(1)(c) DSGVO). Insofar as we do not use your data for advertising purposes (see 3.3. below), we store the data collected for contract processing until the expiry of the statutory or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After expiration of this period, we retain the information of the contractual relationship required by commercial and tax law for the periods determined by law. For this period, the data will be processed again solely in the event of an audit by the tax authorities.

Identity and transmission for collection
Identity check
Where necessary, we verify your identity by using information from service providers. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (b) and (f) DSGVO. The authorization for this results from the protection of your identity and the prevention of fraud attempts at our expense. The circumstance and the result of our inquiry will be added to your customer account or your guest account for the duration of the contractual relationship.

Transmission of data about open claims to lawyers
If you do not pay outstanding invoices / installments despite repeated reminders, we can transmit the data required for the implementation of a debt collection to a lawyer for the purpose of asserting claims. Alternatively, we can sell the open claims to a collection service provider. The latter then becomes the holder of the claim and asserts the claims in its own name. The legal basis for the transmission of data within the scope of trustee collection is Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO; the transmission of data within the scope of the sale of receivables is based on Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO.

Data processing for advertising purposes
Postal advertising
We collect the following data for our own marketing purposes as well as for marketing purposes of third parties: first name, last name, postal address, year of birth. The aforementioned data may also be transmitted to third parties (advertisers) for this purpose. We are also entitled to store additional personal data about you for our own marketing purposes and for the marketing purposes of third parties, in compliance with the legal requirements. The aim is to send you advertising that is geared solely to your actual or perceived needs and not to bother you with useless advertising. A transmission of the stored data to third parties does not take place. In addition, the responsible party pseudonymizes / anonymizes personal data collected about you for the purpose of using the pseudonymized / anonymized data for its own marketing purposes as well as for marketing purposes of third parties (advertisers). Newsletter
On our website we offer you the possibility to register for our newsletter.
